Your Introduction to the Chakra System and Energy Healing

October 1, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 3:30 pm

Join Meg Pressman, LMT, RMT and Ellie Kirk, RMT, Energy Medicine Practitioner for an interactive and fun workshop to experience the seven major chakras (or energy centers) that exist within your physical body. The chakra system originated in ancient yogic traditions and is recognized worldwide as a valuable component in becoming a fully thriving human being.

Using movement, meditation, journaling, music and art, you will learn how to sense and impact your chakra system; bringing harmony and balance to your physical, emotional and mental bodies. You will also take home easy and self-empowering energy healing tools to enhance your daily life. Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing.

Date & Time: Sunday, Oct. 1, from 10 am to 3:30 pm
Facilitators: Meg Pressman, LMT, RMT and Ellie Kirk, RMT
Fee: $65 (includes lunch)
Please register and pay in full by Sept. 25
