“Mind the Gap-no longer…not yet”
If you have traveled on the railroad you have seen the warning, “Mind the Gap.” Gaps are usually considered hazards to be avoided. The bridge that leads us across those gaps of no longer being somewhere and not yet arriving at our destination, are the transitions in our life. As we cross those bridges we learn much more about ourselves, life and God than on the smoother pathways we journey. The gaps we face are to be embraced because they are our own personal, God-given tutor to prepare us for the next stage of our life.
Come to a day long workshop sharing faith discoveries. How would you describe any gap that you feel you are in right now? How do you feel about it? How might you “mind the gap”…give it your attention and help it bring something new to birth in your life? These are just a few of the reflection questions that will be explored.
All are welcome to stay after the program and enjoy Mass in the Chapel at 4pm.
