Our popular year-round Thursday evening yoga sessions help to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through yoga and alignment.  This course includes: ✥ Postures to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body and relieve tension. ✥ Safe alignment techniques to ease and optimize the effects of the poses. ✥ Meditation and breathing exercises for calming, soothing, and reducing stress.
