The Mariandale Center’s professionally-trained chefs prepare buffet meals, from world cuisine to traditional foods. Many of the vegetables we serve are grown here at Mariandale’s kitchen gardens. Fruits, meat, and other foods are often sourced locally, from the Hudson Valley.
Mariandale’s Culinary Institute of America-trained chef prepares three meals a day, served buffet-style in our dining room. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and fresh fruit are available between meals.
The Mariandale Center’s meals provide a balance of nutritional foods that are carefully and mindfully prepared and selected. We regret that special menus for individuals cannot be created, though we can offer vegetarian options with 14 days’ advance notice. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
Those with severe food limitations, or who require vegan or celiac meals, may supplement our offerings with their own special items. A guest refrigerator and microwave are provided on the Ground Floor.
