Dining at Mariandale: Fresh from the Hudson Valley

Dinner plateAt The Mariandale Center’s welcoming dining room, guests can expect the best: intriguing menus of healthy, wholesome meals created with¬†local foods and creative cuisine. Our guests consistently remark on the superb quality of the meals and diverse menus.

Professionally-trained chefs prepare buffet meals, from world cuisine to traditional foods. Many of the vegetables we serve are grown here at Mariandale’s kitchen gardens. Fruits, meat, and other foods are often sourced locally, from the Hudson Valley.

Our guests enjoy three buffet-style meals each day. Breakfasts include oatmeal, baked goods, breads, and fruit. Lunch and dinner include a hot entree with soup, salad bar, vegetables, dessert, and beverages, as well as a cold salad option for sandwiches.

With two weeks’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs for vegetarian or vegan requirements. We cannot accommodate gluten-free requests. Guests who cannot consume foods with gluten must bring their own foods. The Center has microwave ovens and refrigerators available for these needs.
