At Mariandale’s welcoming dining room, guests can expect the best: a diverse menu of healthy, wholesome meals created with local foods and creative cuisine. Our guests often comment on the superb quality of the meals, and the diverse menus.
Professionally-trained chefs from Flik International food service prepare buffet meals, from world cuisines to traditional foods. With one week’s notice, we will also do our best to accommodate special dietary needs.
In warmer weather, guests often dine “al fresco” in an adjacent courtyard.
Many of the vegetables we serve are grown here on the Mariandale site. Fruits, meat, and other foods are sourced locally, here in the Hudson Valley.
There are three meals a day served buffet-style at Mariandale: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beverages are available throughout the day.
Our breakfasts includes full, hot meals as well as pastries, fruit, yogurt, and cereals. Lunch and dinner include a hot entree with soup, salad bar, vegetables, dessert, and beverages, as well as cold cuts and sandwich options.
Mariandale’s dining srvices can accommodate special requests with two weeks’ advance notice, including gluten-free foods, vegan, and vegetarian requests. Please feel fee to ask.
