Whether you opt for a massage, a healing touch session, or yoga classes, we at Mariandale believe Wellness Services are a way to achieve deep healing.
Wellness Services take place in a sacred atmosphere of safety and respect, and will help you become more fully in touch with your body and its energy systems. All therapies are done by certified therapists who help you initiate your own healing processes.
Mariandale offers a popular Thursday evening Yoga class that runs in a six-week series. Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through yoga and alignment. Includes postures to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body and relieve tension; safe alignment techniques to ease and optimize the effects of the poses; and meditation and breathing exercises for calming, soothing, and reducing stress. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket or two, a towel, and a mat. Please eat lightly; no less than one hour before class.

Meditation is an informal gathering aimed at supporting each person in their meditation practice. Beginners are welcome, as well as individuals who have meditation experience. Meditation will begin promptly at 7 pm. Please arrive at 6:45 pm if instruction is needed.
