Yoga for Rejuvenation, Renewal, and Balance: Series B, Fall 2017

Yoga, Series B:  Six consecutive Thursday sessions: Oct. `9 – Nov. 30, 2017

Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through yoga and alignment. Includes:

  • Postures to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body and relieve tension
  • Safe alignment techniques to ease and optimize the effects of the poses
  • Meditation and breathing exercises for calming, soothing, and reducing stress.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket or two, a towel, and a mat. Please eat lightly; no less than one hour before class.

Date & Time: Thursdays, 6:15 to 7:30 pm, in six-week sessions.
Series B Thursday evenings, Oct. 19 to Nov. 30, 2017  (no class Nov. 23)
Instructor: Chris Glover
Fee: $20 per session; $100 for any six-week session.
