“Out of God’s infinite glory, may you be given the power,
through the Holy Spirit, for your hidden self to grow stronger.”
This retreat weekend is an overview and introduction to the history and practice of BioSpiritual Focusing. For Christians, BioSpiritual Focusing provides a way to bring the body’s sense for grace and God into everyday awareness, helping you to become more fully present to self, others and to God. Learning will take place in the respectful atmosphere of small groups. This weekend is open to both beginners and those who wish to renew their commitment to this bodily form of healing, discovery and discernment.
