Photography and Meditation is a workshop designed to cultivate mindful awareness, stimulate the senses, and open channels to seeing anew. Bringing the integration of meditation and the arts, Joy Baum will facilitate an ever expanding vision that will open your hearts to the compassion within and your mind’s’ eye to the beauty surrounding us all.
The workshop will include both indoor and outdoor space incorporating the natural habitats, surrounding views and magnificent setting. Special equipment is not required, any digital camera, phone or tablet is acceptable. All levels of experience are welcome.
Dates & Times: Three Saturday mornings in September 15, 22, and 29, from 10am to 12pm

About the Presenter
Joy brings her many years of experience in integrated contemplative education and counseling to members of the local and international community. she is senior leader of the Tergar Meditation Community in Garrison, NY, Clinical Professor of Education at Queens College; CUNY & Educational C0-Director & Consultant at inhabit Retreats LLC.
